Need single 'Add to Cart' button - will pay $50

I'm not an expert coder, and have spent WAY too much time on this :-P

If someone can create the Javascript for this, I will happily pay them $50 via Paypal (assuming this forum allows payment).

you could post it in general javascript section, i'm sure you'd get enough help
so that you can make it yourself
