Main Page Alignment

Can someone tell me what is wrong with my page how the alignment on the right is jacked up? And can someone tell me what I should do to improve my navigation menu. What I should do with it to improve it because a)the sub menus run off the table if you look at it and b)doesn't say on and changes if you go too far to a different menu and it's hard to navigate.

Define jacked up? I don't totally see what's wrong. Is it that the title bars run outside of the main content area on the right? (Honestly they don't look too bad like that). If that's the problem, just size them a tad smaller. I tested it in Firebug and it appeared to work.

Okay I fixed a part of the title bars running outside the main content area. However can someone tell me how I can add space where the nav bar sub menus are when the appear and the table border so that there is a little more space.
