script or html help with blinking

Hope I have this posted in the right place.

I have read several threads about how to make things blink but nothing I have tried seems to work. I have the following image uploaded to Imageshack and would like it to blink in an Ebay listing. It would also be cool if it looks like it's going from "off" to "on".

Here is a sample of how the link appears in my listing:

It only works on text

thats right, ok.. well the only other option is to either create a blinking animated gif, or you can look into web 2.0! I think those may be your only options.

Think you're stuck with making it an animated gif. Don't think ebay will let you use javascript in ads will they?
