Wrong! As there are many ways's of decryption/encryption it should be discussed in the language forum the encryption/decryption is in.
Also this is the wrong place for new forum request's.

1. Too broad a topic spanning too many languages
2. Wrong forum for requests
3. In the forums I browse, encryption/decryption questions are extremely few, if existent at all
4. I believe this has been brought up before (though in the correct forum)
