ecommerce site needed (UK)

Hi all

anyone fancy doing an eCommerce site for a mate of mine starting up a company selling flooring products? based in Lincoln, England

he needs some way to create items, give bulk discounts and let users pay for their goods. i would do this but im wayyy too busy.
