broswer / Word or any window with a scroll bar, moves by itself !

Recently i have noticed that my browser windows or other windows with a scroll bar is moving by itself or seems like i have something trying to take over my mouse movement !

is there are virus or bug that could be causing this to happen?

please advise.

oh btw i have changed my mouse to a new one just in case thats what was causing it, but still it happens.

try removing the mouse completely and see if that happens then , or otherwise there may be a case when ur scroll bar button is pressed at all times.

I had this happen to me and it was off and on. I didn't know what triggered it but it annoyed me. I finally figure it out. For me it was a second mouse on a second workstation that was causing my issues.
