test URL against fraudulent sites prior to inserting in a DB

Please can anyone advise if there is a site that allows people to test URL's out to see if their are fraudulent or not.

You can compare their IP or URL to a blacklist - http://spamlinks.net/filter-bl.htm These are, however, mostly email blacklists but I don't see what would stop you from using them anyway.
