Upload Speed Test script needed.

I'm in need of a simple upload speed test php script that will download a file then upload it again and tell the end user there upload speed.

I've tried looking around and was unable to find any. I can get plenty of download tests but now a upload test script.

Does anyone have one?

Thats not what I need. I need a internet bandwidth speed test script, to show the users network connection upload speed.

That one is good. But I actually need one that will do a upload speed test, not a download speed test.
