Put a scroll bar in a table

i would like to put a scrollbar in a table so that the table doesnt get any
bigger but the content inside will go ddown - therefore needing a scrollbar

as you can see ive got multiple stylesheets and i would like to keep the colour consistant

any help on the matter would be very much appreciated, i am currently using iframes and dont paticularly want to

Don't use <table>s either ... use <div> sections w/CSS to control the overflow,
which creates the vertical slider:

<div style="width:300px; height:400px; overflow: auto;">

There of course are many other things you can set (with regard to "how it looks").
And you can use a separate CSS file so all pages use the same CSS stylesheet.

Look for some CSS tutorials using Google.
