I have an external HDD - WINDOWS VISTA recognize it properly but, disk drive do NOT appear in My Computer, well why this ? how to appear it ?

Its possible that you need to format the drive. Go to the control panel and then click on administrative tools. You then need to open the Computer Management area and go to storage. Look for the drive there and format if you need to.

Right click on My Computer and click manage and then disk management
