Multiple Triple Combo

I have the Triple Combo script working but I also need to add additional Double and Triple Combo scripts to a form in order for a user to be able to select multiple independent criteria before submitting.

If this is possible, please advise how I should go about it.

post your code with the triple combo in it so we can see how far you have got. You should see that it has an 'id' or 'name' in the code somewhere. each triple combo should have it's own id.
