Big Project Need Quote Please

Hello all. I have a pretty big project here that I'd like to get a quote on but there's too much info to just put into the here so if you could please email me at hoopsswish@aol.com I would appreciate and I'll email you back with all the info please only people serious about doing a big project.

Can you give any details at all? I would understand if you don't want to put a unique idea just out there on the internet before you can develop it, but seriously, we need info. Stuff like, what coding language, whats the time frame you want it done in, how are you going to pay; basic details that will help people find out if they even have the skills to do the job.

PHP, however long it takes to make it, paypal

- What type of application is it? A CMS, a forum, a social networking site, a mafia/online text-based game?
- Would it require HTML, CSS, JavaScript/AJAX in addition to PHP?
- Is there any max amount that you are willing to pay? What's your budget on this project?
- Would it require any graphics design? If so, what kind of tools would be needed? Illustrator, Photoshop, or something as cheap as GIMP (doesn't get much cheaper than that :p)
- Any other info we should know?
