Well i am building a avatar community.
And i need a coder for games,shops,and much more
right now i can not pay you with real cash currency.
But after a few months and when we get more members.
I can start paying you with real cash.
I am currently using theses mods http://www.zarath.com/mods.php?action=mods and i would like
my own.My site has been going very well we have bases and monthly items all ready up so peopple
can start donating to the site but i need a coder.I'm sorry i can not
pay you in cash right now but i promise you i will
be able to pay you when the site is finished.

I think you need more clafication to attract a coder... you promise you can pay when site is done .. do you have any time frames and how much will you pay the code in the end/// how will you generate income.. how will you attract new members...all these things should be in a business plan to attract a coder to work on a promise for a while.

Additionally, maybe invest in a paid host.. can get paid hosts starting around $1.5 a month.. it will make potential coders feel more confident about the stability of your project :)

I promise....I really want to get this site Finish so i can relax
and have a fun avatar site.

what do you mean by 1.5 like

Take out a loan or borrow from friends and family members. Pay someone to code it, and then wait for yourself to gain money back from the site. Far as I can see, you won't really be making money on it, or at least not much, so you may or may not be able to pay the programmer at all.

Why don't you buy a domain rather than impliment new features?
