It's alright. It would rather be scam whenever a refferal-link would be posted or something like that. I could tell that this was'nt scam really. Scam is different lol.

He's the web-master, people do this a-lot to advertise their own site. It's not actually a 'scam', it's more of advertising spam. Hey, I apologise if this person is serious, but this happens a-lot to me...Especially with sites like his, "Make free money in seconds" etc...

That sentence was hard to read, but you say, why scam? Well, it's the easiest thing to do of course...
If this is genuine then I apologise, but just that this happens a-lot to me as I just said...Your post seems to be the text book case...
