why do i have more gap on the bottom?

the question is about http://nimlok.com/new_site/index1.htm the stuff on the light blue background on the right (search exhibits, free cd etc).
i have more white space on the bottom of each "section" then on the top.
there are 2 things there:
1. then there's free cd and "did you know" sections. i absolutely cannot figure out why i have more gap between the bottom of the "section" then on top.
2. there are 2 forms there (search exhibits & locate a distributor). at first i thought it was the same issue as i mentioned in http://www.codingforums.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=14489 but now i am not sure because of what i said in 1.
both 1. and 2. happen in both IE and NS as well.
can anybody help?

darned if I know either.

2 ideas that may help.

Set the border attributes of the images to "0" (There are non at the moment, therefore the browser will default to 1 or 2 px)

OR, put each section into its own table cell.
