To create a quasi 3D content from 2D images

Does anyone know how to create a 3D content from 2D images or know of any programs out there commercialy available?

Do you mean something like Microsoft Photosynth (http://labs.live.com/photosynth/)?

No I need something that generates real 3d objects that can be extracted into primitives.
