Need Help Removing Spacing Between Divs

I'm having some CSS problems, and was wondering if anyone can help. Please check the page I'm having problems with: http://waseem.com/tmp/. Right under the tabs: "page", "watch", "protect" there is a grey space between that and "content". How can I get rid of it?
