wz_tooltip.js plug-in not working properly. HELP!

I'm using the wz_tooltip.js file, and it works fine, but for some reason when I try to also use the tip_balloon.js, all I get is a transparent background for the text, and that's it.

it's a guess: try to put wz_tooltip.js script line before ballon in the page.

in tip_balloon.js page please check

for example i have changed path as per my congfiguration
"config. BalloonImgPath = "includes/tip_balloon/""

this line check the tip_balloon button folder path
