I know this sounds bad, but you have no idea how much I would appreciate this:

Does anyone have a clone of eDirectories PHP scripts/? I really need it, but am not able to pay $2k for the scripts.

I think this is breaking the rules, asking them to send you the scripts.
Asking for a clone is ok so please remove your other statement.

Any sort of requests asking for copies of commercial scripts is strictly against CF's rules (1.4), not to mention illegal. If you're looking for clones of eDirectory, I'm sure Google will suffice already.
