Do you have any codes to show us? I honestly have no idea what you are talking about squares and maps, obviously you're talking about some kind of game, but we need a ton more information. And are you sure that you're designing this in javascript? Sounds more like a JAVA project to me. Java is completely different than javascript.

If that is your standard of grammar, spelling and punctuation you would do best to abandon the whole idea and take up underwater motocycling instead. :D:D

Did you check the BYOND forums?

BTW, I googled up some stuff on BYOND (quite the idea, eh? *cough*) and here's a quote from one of the developer sections of their site:

The DM (Dream Maker) language uses a syntax similar to C/C++ to build networked multi-user worlds. This reference and the accompanying guide discuss the structure and function of DM.
and also

This document comprehensively covers the DM language through BYOND 2.0.

So, DM (Dream Maker) is a language, similar to C/C++. Nothing whatsoever having to do with Javascript. Try posting in the Computer Programming (http://www.codingforums.com/forumdisplay.php?f=21) forum. However, since probably no one in the forum will be familiar with that language, try posting on the DM or BYOND forums. OR try checking out the DM documentation or reference.

Also, the above poster's advice about proper grammar and spelling is an excellent suggestion...

Wow. That comment has just earned you no help from the people here. Philip's post may have been rude, but you're post oversteps the bounds.

As for you're question, binaryweapon already posted the answer. Check the documentation for the actual language/application - it all depends on how the developer put it together.
