CSS tooltip is working fine on IE7 & FF but not on IE6, please help.

Please see attached zip file. Tooltip is working fine in IE7 & FireFox but in IE6, no Tooltip appears. Somebody please guide me how can I do this for IE6 also.

I don't believe IE6 supports hover over anything but a link.

Might I suggest not doing that. It annoys the heck out of people when they have hovers like that.
