Question about DOS

First off, I have good, personal, white-hat testing applications for this script.


I need a script that will continually send pings (or page requests) to a modem (thus causing it to be overly-occupied) when I provide an IP address. It also has to run on an off-site server so I can test this to a good extent. I was told this was possible with PHP.

The intention behind your question may very well be good. However, that's certainly not true for everyone who stumbles across this and similar threads. In general, threads that discuss techniques that could be potentially used for harm are not allowed on CF.
