i want to do a project but i need a good coders help.

i need a mapwalker like google's map.
insted of the google map i want the background in which case google's map is obivously the earth or whatever, i want background to be like grass and have flowers but basically a image of my own.
and do you know when u click area the point goes there insted of that point i want to put a like a lady or person imageof my own, if not point thingy idc but plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.

Sounds to me like you want someone to write a modified version of Google Earth, possibly for some kind of online game..... at a guess.

What part would you take in this "project". This doesn't seem like its mutually beneficial for both parties.

I've seen premade scripts like that, if you dig around on google and learn a bit about the maps API, I'm sure you'll be able to find something.
