Hi,

Someone in our office are misusing our office bandwidth for their personal use. Watching Youtube/downloading personal stuffs etc.

We cannot manually keep a track of who is doing what. Is there any program that would show us which terminal is using how much bandwidth?

We are on a D-link wi-fi router.

Please help

Thanx

http://www.bwmonitor.com

I use this software.

Install this software on all machines .
Enable remote Statistics
Select options to hide from system tray
Put password , so that no one can open it if somehow they know
For more security , hide the folders from All programs and program files

This way you can monitor how much they are dowloading . Provided no one can

use ALt + Ctr + Del and then kill that process

If there are more than 4 computers , then probably use proxy server like ccproxy or squid
