instant Messaging Platform - partnership

I am looking for someone in the New York City area that has interest in a partnership for a new instant messaging platform for the energy industry. I have been in the energy biz for 10 years as a trader and a broker. There is a huge need for this particular software. This could end up turning into serious money as most brokerage shops and trading companies have a huge need for something like this. I do not program.
