greetings, i really hope you can help me on this, im doing a website banner for my friend and the links for the menu is required to be in xml. i really have no idea how it works. i really hope you can help me out on this...thanks in advance

here is the email my friend sent me:
menu should be xml based,sub menu part will be optional and will only display if there is an element for it menu right now (in no particular order):home, services, about us, news, contact the links should go to "?p=home","?p=services", etc
