Easy picture uploading tool?

Hi,

I'm making a basic html website for my friend, who knows nothing about html or making a site, but she wants to be able to easily change the images on the site at a later date. Is there a way for me to be able to make her a website that she can later change the images on without having to know html?

I know that she could use an online website-builder with pre-made templates, but they don't give her the uniqueness that my building her a site could give plus images aren't the main element to the website so she wants someone else to make the rest for her too.

I was sort of hoping someone could give me some suggestions? Thanks in advance!

Look into a CMS.

What type of site is it going to be? Blog?
If so then I suggest Wordpress

If its another type of site then something like Joomla or Drupal may work.

There are a lot varieties out there.

Also many hosting companies have software that you can installed with the click of a few buttons. It should be in her control panel if its there.
