Regular Expression text extraction

I have never used regexp or php

but I need to extract some text after key words... or between key words!

Any suggestions??

A good tutorial site which I needed, but I also need something a bit more to do with - extract everything after

and I could change to repeat with address

Postcode
Phone number

saving Name, pCode pNo into a MySQL db


for use a data collecting form on the net as a project which extracts details
