help with responce type script?

Hey Guys.

I am trying to make this thing for our news page where a user on the site can write up there own news article and post it on the site. But i wan't to make it so other users can go and then post reply's and comments to that item.

I know how to make the user post the news and stuff but what would be the easiest way to make it so people can post reply's and stuff?

Have you considered using an already made CMS (Content Management System)? Like PHP-Nuke or PostNuke? That's what they were designed for.
