First off, I really cant understand you very well, could you try using proper grammar and punctuation?

Next we really have no idea all you want from the info above, well, besides the fact that you just want someone to do "it" for you and send you the code. In that case you will need to post in the paying section and be prepared to pay some cash.

To process form information you will need to use a server side language. It can then validate the information and store it wherever you want (in a database or email it off, etc).

They will show many examples of processing your form and
