1) Project Details:I need someone to design and integrate a layout with Hostpay for my Heart Internet resellers business.

2) Payment Amount: 98% off custom hosting package for as long as I am in business.

3) Payment method/ details (Paypal, check? Timeline?): Well the hosting, but if you don't want the hosting I'm sure I could come up with a price if you give me a quote, but the hosting would be easier for me.

4) Additional Info (about project or potential bidders): I need it done before the weekend and really need help.

Really hate people doing this, especially only after one day but... BUMP?
Really need it done and I'd prefer to get it done properly first time instead of me making it worse then having to wait ages to get is fixed and stuff :S.

I think the problem is you are willing to pay with hosting and not money. I see that you say money could be a choice of payment but how much are you willing to pay? And even then its only 98% off not 100% off. On top of things you posted this Wednesday, its only 3 days before the weekend. You have to understand that 3 days is likely not enough to design and code a whole layout and integrated with Hostpay. Its very possible that this project might cost more than hosting meaning it may cost more than the 100 dollars you think it will cost as it will be hours of work.

Well it wont really take hours, well not if I understand it right. I only need the layout then I need the header and footer part and the rest is based on that. And I would give 100% free hosting but I don't think heart internet allow me to give away free hosting. I'll ask them and see and if I can give free hosting then whoever does this for me is welcome to it :). And maybe payed when I start making money of this? Like hosting then later on a payment? I really don't have money to throw around ATM I'm not even able to sell domains until I start earning from this as I don't have the funds and I don't want to spend a huge amount of domain credit is I'm not going to use them.

So someone PLEASE help :P.

Ok, I'm desperate now, I need the layout done and need the whole thing working by Sunday, I will still give the hosting, as cheap as I can if not free and I will pay, just not $100 maybe $40 or $50? would that do along with the hosting, my best package and all the extra stuff that comes with it.

I think you need to re-think your business plan and model (and deadline).

Yea, got something sorted now, just looked through it all and it isn't as hard as it first looked :P.
