Flash and sessions

Is there any way that flash can read either a javascript or a php session?

You can access Javascript by using the External Interface functions in Flash. As far as PHP sessions, I believe you just have to access that through some POST or Get method. I'm not an expert at PHP, nor have I tried this, but its possible to manage some sense of state with Flash, just takes some creativity :).
