Funny functionality

hi every one

I have funny functionality to be implemented, i have already created the final version of the page but i am not able to create the vertical drop down menu according to the requirement. I have a PDF which says how the page should work but am not able to upload it as it crosses the forum limits.

If one intrested in helping me, please leave your email address so that i can send the pdf.....

I need this functionality to be implemented by wednesday, its realy urgent

You can upload the PDF to a host you have access to and give us the URL, or upload it to a free service such as box.net. Or, you convert a snapshot of that PDF to an image and include it here. There are so many possibilities, you just have to be a little creative, and you’re much more likely to receive help if information is easily accessible for us.

I, for example, don’t mind helping but I’m not feeling like I should make an effort to get the necessary information from you.

mate....i really appreciate your comments....always ready to learn from my mistakes :) please find attached the link below.....i need to know how to implement the functionality when the user clicks on the private individuals, the drop down appreas towards the right side and the text disappears...please help
