PHP4 Script to PHP5

1) Project Details: (be as specific as possible): I have a small script that is not working with PHP 5. It is written in PHP 4. The script consists of only a few files and I need it to be recoded/fixed to work in PHP 5.

2) Payment Amount: $20

3) Payment method/ details (Paypal, check? Timeline?): PayPal. Would like completed ASAP. I think would take an hour at most for experienced coders.

4) Additional Info (about project or potential bidders): Not really that much additional info. Some parts of the script is encoded in base64 so you will need to decode it...or somehow open it on your own server to echo its actual contents..

Sorry man I don't make that much money to afford this...I don't believe the script is that complicated nor does it heavily rely on PHP4. I think there are just some functions that need to be rewritten to be compatible with PHP5.
