Changing the shape of a graphic instance?

Once you've imported an image that's rectangular in shape and converted it to a graphic symbol, I know that you can scale, rotate and skew the image, but is there any way of changing it's shape?

Say for example I have an image of a wall and I want to move top left and bottom left corners away from the horizontol and top right and bottom right closer to the horizontal to give the impression of distance on a wall to the left, is this possible in flash? I hope so because I want motion tween this symbol without having to manipulate the source image in something like photoshop to create an animation the old fashioned by drawing each frame.

So what you are asking is can you use some 3D effects to get the image to tilt and pan a little bit? I would suggest starting with something like this:
