It's due to
<li class="background"><div class="item1"/></li><li class="background"><div class="item2"/></li><li class="background"><div class="item3" style="margin-top: 30px;"/></li><li class="background" style="visibility: visible; opacity: 1; left: 141px; width: 198px;"><div class="item4" style="margin-top: 30px;"/></li><li class="background" style="visibility: visible; opacity: 1; left: 141px; width: 198px;"><div class="item5" style="margin-top: 30px;"/></li><li class="background" style="visibility: visible; opacity: 1; left: 141px; width: 198px;"><div class="item6" style="margin-top: 30px;"/></li><li class="background"><div class="item7"/></li><li class="background" style="visibility: visible; opacity: 1; left: 141px; width: 198px;"><div class="item8" style="margin-top: 30px;"/></li> after <li> of Job Details !

Are you modifying the Joomla template? Because that is the purpose of the templates folder inside of Joomla.
