Software for editing Perl/CGI?

What program(s) do you use for editing Perl/CGI? I've used EnginSite Perl Editor LE and Notepad++ but I'm still yet to find a program I'm happy with. Does anyone use ActiveState's Perl Editor and is it any good?

I too have used enginsite and was happy with it except when my scripts were too long for the free version. That was in the days before I was paying for software. I must check it out again as it madwe it a heck of a lot easier than basic notepad. :rolleyes:
