Hi

I was getting an error while capturing screenshot using this software called Image Grabber II (http://www.videohelp.com/tools/ImageGrabber)

Error is:
"ClassFactory cannot supply requested class"

I have downloaded all type of codecs but in vain.

Do u know any alternate software of this?

Thanx

Are you grabbing a screenshot remotely or on your computer? If you're on your computer you can simply follow these instructions:

1. Create a new bitmap file.
2. Right click the file and press edit.
3. Minimize the file and go to the screen you want to capture.
4. Press the "Prt Scrn" (Print Screen) button on your keyboard. Don't worry, it won't actually print the screen.
5. Open up the bitmap file and press Ctrl+V on your keyboard.
6. Ta-da! Save the file.
