form to e-mail to others: "hidden" text is sent

Hello... could anyone tell me if this is possible:

I want to create a form in which visitors to my website can fill in e-mail addresses of their friends and when they click on SEND an e-mail will be sent to (1) these friends and (2) automatically to me, telling me who has sent the e-mail.
The e-mail which will be sent to everyone should make clear who has sent it and moreover should contain a particular text (which I will write) but this doesn't have to be visible on the site, and can be "hidden"...

Does this exist or is this possible?

It's possible, but it very likely won't format the way you want unless you use a server-side scripting language.
