If no, here is a site with lots of cool stuff you can add on! You can totally create a new desktop, or just a simple thing. You can use other menus than the start menu in Windows, or make your windows look like a mac, and vise versa! the site is http://www.stardock.com/ . I just wanted to let all of you know about this.
