I need a website!

Hi, i need someone to script me a website - i think its maybe a 1 hour job or something =) not sure.. but its suppose to be a really simply script with the following features:

It will display an image, and users should be able to vote (rate the image) and put a comment underneath.

users should also be able to upload (or just paste imageschack url if its simpler) their own images and others should be able to rate them...and comment them


not sure if this is an easy or hard project.. but please contact me if this is possible for a fairly low price

Seems to me you're asking for design + programming + database work, which is no small task.

design doesnt matter, let it be a random black page or sumt =) the features are the only important things i need - and you dont have to build it from scratch - if possible you may take open source scripts and mess around - real ly dont care
