excel pagefault

While opening an excel file,
message appears as
This program performed an Illegal operation

with close button and in the details, it says

Excel page fault 015F:300AE54F

the only option i have is to close the application.

What this means?

how to open the file again?

I can able to open all other excel files except this one.
Either if i open it in the user desktop, also from a network system, the result is same.

I think the problem is with this single file.
