breaking through a problem report

i don't know if i'm asking something about hacking... and i doubt my question has any answer besides 'no'. but anyway...
i need to login to a site that keeps giving a TCP/IP error, possibly due to too much traffic. Is there any way to manage to get through to the page? This is URGENT. I've been to trying to submit a form since yesterday, and I keep getting that Problem Report. And today (or tonight for most of you peeps i guess, meaning u're snoozing away or something and not very likely to help me right now...sigh) is the deadline..:(:(:(

tried to get directly to another page of the site and work your way from there ?
I mean instead of
