I need a designer to make simple HTML/CSS templates.
If you are new to web development and need work for your portfolio this is an excellent opportunity to get some exposure! I'm going to be needing 5 unique HTML/CSS templates. I am asking for you to do the first one free so I can decide if I like your work. If I do like your work you will be compensated at a fare price for the rest of the templates.
Note: I'm not trying to scam you into making me one free template. I have paid for php work using these forms before, and I even referred a new customer to the person who did the work for me. I have multiple projects and I am looking for a new web designer that is willing to help me moving into the future.
