PHP/Javascript/AJAX - populate drop downs

1) Project Details: I had someone lined up to finish a tire-finder PHP/Javascript/AJAX script for me but the person has stopped responding. I got a lot of it done, but am by no means a good programmer. I expect that the work will take an hour or two at most at this point. I will supply the code that I have thus far and access to the database from which information is pulled.

2) Payment Amount: $100

3) Payment method/ details (Paypal, check? Timeline?): Paypal, ASAP

4) Additional Info (about project or potential bidders): I know it's short notice, but if I can get this done by this evening, I'll add $50

I've had two people lined up now that had previously committed to finishing this project. Both backed out at the last minute. I'm seriously in need for someone to finish this project. I will pay $150 to get it done this week.
