View Full Version : DIV Auto Height Not Holding Text in FireFox

Hello All,

I have a problem which is best described by example. So please view the following link in both IE and FireFox and point your attention to the content box in the center of your screen:

http://webfxzone.com/CSSTemplate/template.html

I have the content DIV (holding both the left and right columns) set to 'height: auto;' so that it will grow and shrink accordingly. However, with auto height, the content does not show up inside the DIV in firefox. It works perfectly in IE.

The only way I've found to get around this problem is to make the height a fixed number. As you know, I do not want to do this.

Any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated!!

Thank you very much in advance!!

Frank

try this

#twoColumn {
width: 80%;
overflow:hidden;
margin-left: auto;
margin-right: auto;
background-color: #ffffff;
border: 1px solid #999999;
padding-bottom: 10px;
padding-top: 10px;
}
