Hotmail new message class?

I need a php class/script that allows me to obtain the number of new messages in the inbox when an email and password are supplied. I am almost positive that this is possible through a HTTP request, but I can't find anything on it. I did find a hotmail feed url, but I'm not talented enough to be able to code everything myself.

Does anyone have a script for this?

I have looked everywhere for a solution to this problem, these forums are my last hope! Any help is appreciated.
