1) Project Details: (be as specific as possible):
I am making a website similar to sitepoint.com or sedo.com. I have a few concepts already made which I will PM to you if interested. I will need a full site coded for this. But, its not nearly as big as sedo or sitepoint.com its just a similar concept.
2) Payment Amount:
$350 (can be adjusted if this doesn't seem reasonable)
3) Payment method/ details (Paypal, check? Timeline?):
Paypal
4) Additional Info (about project or potential bidders):

Would like project to be done in a month, its very straightforwards, but does have some hard parts. Coder must be skilled in PHP and mysql.

Thank you.

Perhaps you should tell us the features you expect your website to have. Making a sitepoint or sedo clone would obviously involve thousands of dollars in development costs, and you obviously have a smaller version in mind. We don't have any idea what your scope is.

It will have three main services. Buy domains, sell domains, and park domains.

I will need a system as follows. When a user purchases the designated credits for an auction, they go to create auction. There, they input all their info into the fields and go to the next page. ON this page, there is a preview of what their auction would look like and they have the option to upgrade it to a featured listing ect. Now, I am not sure if this is possible, but if they update it to a featured listing, I'd like something to automatically add their auction to the home page.

I would need a bidding system. Each listing has bid now next to it and once users click it, they are taken to a page where they should input their maximum bid.

I want this site optimized for the US and UK.

I want a search feature similar that of sedo.com. (length, price, category, date added, ect)

Someone has contacted me and is very interested, so I might not need this anymore.

Everything you said is possible, and if I had the time, I'd offer my work, but since I don't, I hope you find someone to do the job.

We have a very nice classifieds/ auction like sedo that has parking, appraisals, featured ads, recently sold and the best part is we have a few different designs and functions.

I am new to this forums so do not know there rules on posting links so you will need to pm me if you are interested.

We have one script with demo you can look at and its well below your budget
