PHP and Flash

Does anyone know any sites that would help me learn how to mix PHP and Flash.

http://www.were-here.com is mostly flash but has some good server-side /flash forums - devshed.com have a tutorial or 2 about in the PHP section as well.

Also check out their forum. It is very useful. Topics about Flash, PHP and also XML/COMM Socket Servers.
