online house booking system

I really don't know where should i post my "thread", anyway, i just give it a try, do guide me to the right place if i'm not.

well, i'm going to expand my web-site (property) whereby our potential customer be able to book their house online. But i really don't know what are procedure should I gone through??

1.) Do I need to request tgem to pay deposit online???
2.) Or...have no idea lah.

I have done research, but seem like all the property web-sites (selling and buying) only provide details of the seller and for those who are interesting, contact them via email or phone.

Ok, you will need to do this in a serverside language. Basically you can pick from ASP, PHP or CGI there are others but a not as good as the above in my oppinion.

Well, I'm quite unfamiliar with what you would like to accomplish so could you please outline what all this envolves. Or what you would like to happen, eg what happends after they fill in the form and you recieve the information.. what do you do?
